Supply chain is a complex system with more logistics and information flow.Supply chain faces enormous risks for the system's complexity and the increase of the independence in supply chain enterprises. To keep the supply chain surviving and competitive in a complex market, we must establish an effective supply chain risk control system. This paper's research object is on supplier management of high-end medical equipment products (referred to as "high-end medical-products") in Philips and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. (as "the Company") and analyzes the factors of supply chain risks from the endogenesis risk on the long-standing shortage of supply. Through the AHP and Fuzzy Analysis, we analyze the risk factors impact and its possibility of occurrence. The supply risk control system is established to "TOPDOWN" management approach on the basis of the analysis of the current supply chain control status. We adds the participance of high level management and hope the company can use all possible resources to implement and monitor the risk control system and make it run well since many companies can not run well with risk control system. The risk control system is composed of the contingency plan team, supply source control system and information-sharing system. Contingency plan team is the standing body and its main rule is to implement, update and manage the risk control system and provides the solutions to keep the minmum loss when risk happens. Supply source control system is the core part in this risk control system and information-sharing system is a critical part as well as we know that the essential information share is more import to supply chain feedback speed and flexibility. The supply chain risk analysis and control system is very practical in theory and operation.
