Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of The Medical Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises For Supply Chain Security Management System

In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, new technology is used to clinical medicine, a variety of medical devices emerge, which greatly promoted the development of medical technology, but at the same time serious consequences caused by medical devices insecurity have been increasingly concerned by people. At present, although there are many safety management studies of medical device in listed registration and regulatory, they are mostly focused on the macroscopic level and lacked of guidance for specific industries and enterprises, the studies on production life cycle is few. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and improve the safety management system of medical devices.From the perspective of medical device manufacturers, this paper gets the effectiveness evaluation of the safety management systems of medical devices from analyzing entire supply chain, analyzing the workflow of the supply chain, finding the factors of affecting product safety management, and evaluating the effectiveness of the safety management, it has great theoretical and practical significance from improving the current safety management of medical device.In this paper, Qualitative and quantitative methods are used, and theoretical research is combined with empirical analysis, the effectiveness evaluation content and method on safety management system of medical devices is proposed on the base of analyzing security management factors of medical device supply chain. Firstly, the current study status are analyzed and related existing theory are introduced including the concept of medical devices, content of supply chain, safety management methods and evaluation system. Then the supply chain of medical device is discussed, the safety problems of medical devices are analyzed, and the main content of safety management systems of medical manufacturing companies is summarized. Using hierarchical and gray correlation analysis method, various factors of its effective safety management system are refined for choosing more important factors to form the evaluation index system. Finally, the evaluation index system is applied into empirical analysis. By setting up a questionnaire for L Company, analyzing the data statistics, the effectiveness of L Company of safety management system is evaluated, and suggestions according to the evaluation result are given.
