With the rapid progress of market economy, performance management as the core of manpower management has drawn the attention of an increasing number of entrepreneurs. The performance management was introduced to china in 1980s. It was loved and admired by more and more governors and entrepreneurs with its perfect system, precise flow and fine circulation of sustaining improvement. Implementing the performance management effectively can encourage the individual cause being consistent with the enterprise cause and realize the strategy goal of the whole enterprise. Performance management can be divided as employee performance and department performance. The emphasis of discourse is constructing of employee perfor-mance. In addition, connecting performance management and other information management system is the desire of mass corporation.Based on the above things, from the practicality of yanqianshan mine, this thesis has an analysis of the status of their pay and performance appraisal, finding out their problems. To solve the problem, this thesis has constructed employee performance system, trying to meet the actual mine and can give full play to their maximum effectiveness. This thesis achieves employee performance system by performance plan, performance tutorship, performance assessing, performance feedback and performance result application, mostly dealing with the choice of guide line and the establishment of performance assessing. Thereinto, guide line adopts key performance indicators and job indicators, performance assessing adopts grade measure. Afterward, aiming at performance management system, design information system, including function module, data interface, interface designing etc. This thesis set base for the system operating for the expert of software.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice, constitutes new employee performance management system and new flow. This paper designs information system, trying to made to maximize the use of performance management.
