Performance management is an important tool of human resource managementin modern enterprises. Nation-owned enterprises have known the notable effects onthe competition ability of performance management. But in practice, there is muchquestion and astray leading to bad results. Enterprises should analysis thosequestions and scan their intrinsic performance management system. It is veryimportant for enterprises'target realization to set up a new performance managementsystem that sustains development.Because of the situation of performance management in my company and oftheory research lack of guidance for practice, this dissertation up a scientificperformance management system to evaluate employees' performance and improvecompany's competition.First, this thesis analyzes the problem of China Netcom WuDi Company'sperformance management system. This thesis holds a viewpoint that China NetcomWuDi Company should look on performance management as a systems engineering.Based on using for reference of others' experience, China Netcom WuDi Companyshould build a transparent employee's performance management system inaccordance of post requirement of management, technology and marketingcompany's construction and soon. This employee's performance management systemincludes four parts: performance planning, managing performance, performanceappraisal and rewarding performance. At last, China Netcom WuDi Company shouldcarry out the system carefully.
