With the rapid development of social productivity, the management of human resources has gradually become the core of enterprise management. Performance appraising is the key and basis of developing and managing human resources. Gold mine enterprise is the typical enterprise of stake-owed resources, and has been restricted by the frictional idea of planned economy over a long period of time therefore to establish a scientific and efficient system of appraising employees’performance is an urgent issue at present in gold mine enterprises.By applying the basic theories and scientific research methods of Performance appraising and using the research fruits and practical experience of China and other countries for reference, the present paper studies in the depth the establishment and application of Performance appraising system in JJ Gold Mine. First of all, by Investigating and analyzing the background and the present state of the appraising system of the company, this paper points out the problems existing in the enterprise’s achievement-assessing and analyzes the possible reasons as well. Then combine the developing strategies and the characteristics of the company. This paper mainly studies and defines the index system and selects the specific methods and standards and selects the specific method and standards of the assessment. Third the paper designs the applicative plan of the assessing system around such issues as the assessing period. The assessing subjects, the applicative procedures and the conflict-solving mechanism. Finally, the paper proposes some measures to ensure the successful application of employees’performance appraising from such perspectives as the organizing system, regulation and cutie, linking system and appraising results.As a gold mining enterprises in the one of the leading enterprises, JJ gold mine production employee performance evaluation system research, on the one hand, help to improve the level of performance appraisal of gold JJ, explore human resources potential, on the other hand for the industry with other enterprise, also has the reference significance.
