Relying On International Cooperation To Improve The Ability Of Independent Innovation Of Neusoft

After China jointed the WTO, all of the domestic industries including software are facing the opportunities to open to the world and cooperate internationally. During the process of developing, Chinese software industry should actively and comprehensively open the door to the international technology and software products; in the principle of fair competition, we should actively introduce advanced technologies and products to accelerate the process of informational system construction. It is more important that during taking part in the global cooperation and competition, Chinese software companies can gain the opportunity to study and understand the world-class software companies'management method, to know the world's latest software development direction, to develop the capability of independent innovation, to enhance the ability and strength in global competition. Therefore, the study about the Chinese software companies improving the ability of independent innovation relying on international cooperation has important theoretical and practical significance.By software outsourcing of Neusoft as an example, this thesis analyzes how to enhance the capability of independent innovation relying on international cooperation. First, I will analyze the pattern and characteristics of international cooperation and studying software outsourcing innovation ways theoretically. Second, based on the in-depth study for Neusoft software outsourcing business development, I will analyze Neusoft how to enhance the capability of independent innovation relying on international cooperation, give a detailed explanation of Neusoft open innovation results which are gained in outsourcing, including technology innovation, system innovation, management innovation, marketing innovation. Finally I will analyze the Neusoft's problems during enhancing independent innovation capacity through international cooperation, and will give the countermeasures and suggestions, in order to giving a hand to Neusoft to enhance the ability of independent innovation remarkably, to create the world-class brands in software field, to make outstanding contribution for developing China's software industry.
