Research Of Chinese Software Enterprise Independence Innovation Model

The software industry has become a strategic industry in China. The development of the software industry of China's national economic development has a very important role. China's software industry after 20 years of development , has become the new economic growth point. However, in comparison with advanced countries there are still large gaps. In order to maintain its continued healthy development, we must strengthen independent innovation, especially in the software enterprise.This paper analyzes the pattern of innovation and innovative theoretical research, and cited the on the definition of independent innovation: Independent innovation is enhanced from the national innovation capability, strengthen the original innovation, integrated innovation, the introduction of digestion and the absorption of further innovation. In this definition, we told the independent innovation includes three modes of original innovation, integrated innovation the introduction of digestion and the absorption of further innovation. Original innovative means to make unprecedented and creative thinking, after a series of research activities, ultimately forming new products, new processes, new ways to achieve new value . Integrated innovation is to have all the individual organically combined to form a new product or business management. the introduction of digestion and the absorption of further innovation, refers to the introduction of other innovations, digestion and absorption, and thus innovation activities.Next analyze the independent of innovative features of software enterprise , and the Chinese software enterprises in independent innovation. After analysis of the software industry, we found innovation is the fundamental survival method. However, the Chinese software enterprises have shown not pay enough attention to independent innovation, less research and development funding input, enterprise research and development strength is not strong enough, etc. Those problems hamper the development of enterprise software. Despite the problems, China's software enterprises in the face of opportunities, the need to strengthen independent innovation, meet all challenges.This paper analyzes the key software enterprises in selecting independent innovation mode, need to consider three things : the external environment, internal environment and the time in the life cycle. And analyze the various factors adapt to different situations by funding innovative models. Software external environment of the main factors to consider are: competitive market conditions, technology developed markets, capital market development, labor market development, intellectual property system, government policy orientation, industrial parks, technology trends, product applicability. Software internal environment are: main considerations of their strategic choice, innovation resources, research and development, innovation management capabilities, innovation orientation, corporate culture, leadership capacity, marketing capabilities, enterprise organizational model. In corporate life cycle analysis, the enterprise software start-up stage, growth stage, the mature stage and recession (renewable) period were mainly analyzed. Through three of this analysis, create a system of indicators based on every aspect of the establishment, also indicators for quantitative analysis. Through the quantitative analysis, we get external indicators weights, internal evaluation indicators weights and software enterprises in the life cycle and some independent innovation mode matching degree, established a three-dimensional model. Use TOPSIS method, apply ideal point and negative ideal point two basis points to sort the various options, to find the most suitable funding innovative models . Using the developed model, take Dalian XinHua Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, fully briefed on the application model.Chinese software enterprises for independent innovation, must be right on every aspect of the comprehensive consideration and planning.
