| Since The 1990s, The quantity which china has attracted Foreign Direct Investment straightly rised every year. In the early 1990s, the quantity which china has attracted about several billions dollars every year; in the middle of 1990s reached 40 billions dollars; in the early of this century, the quantity reached 50 billions. China has become one of the most alluring countries for FDI. FDI has different influence on china economy,production competitiveness,industry instruction and regional innovative system and so on. at the same time, regional innovation system which is sparkpluged actively by our country to boost economic development with innovation of noneconomic items, such as technology, knowledge and management, is also influenced by advanced technology, knowledge and management brought by FDI. So it is significative to research the influence of FDI on efficiency of regional innovation system.At present, some scholars did some research on the influence of FDI on the ability of regional innovation system and validated the influence of FDI on regional innovation system. This thesis from the other point of view namely the efficiency of regional innovative system to research that the influence of FDI on regional innovation system of eastern,western and middle region. First we founded the index of input and output on innovative system and computed the efficiency of regional innovation systems for and their changes recently ten years by Malmquist index method. And then we analysed the status of different regional innovative system. Lastly, we did the Granger test,cointegration test and regressive analysis between FDI and efficiency of regional innovation system by econometrical method.
