Performance management is the core of human resource management. Establish a rational, fair performance management system, on the staff performance management, and develop enterprise in this incentive-based mechanisms, there are conducive to promoting the increased level of employee performance, and further inspire staff enthusiasm for work and creativity. In this paper, key performance indicators and the Balanced Scorecard method as the theoretical basis and evaluation of education in the process of thinking into every performance management system, combining enterprise practice, discusses the performance management system design ideas and methods, hope to optimize Enterprise Performance Management System.The article consists of six parts:the first part mainly by describing the background and significance of performance management to illustrate the topics of meaning and purpose; The second part is about performance, performance management and performance review appraisal theory, they include the differences and relations between, and the main method of performance appraisal; The third part is the process of evaluation of the application performance management thinking in the Feasibility Study, including the definition of the process of thinking and evaluation of existing performance evaluation methods in the embodiment; The fourth part of the case status of the company's performance management were analyzed and summarized; fifth part is mainly based on the previous chapters the design of the case company's performance management system; sixth part is a summary of the full text.Although many people have realized that the process of performance management in the assessment of the importance of work, but actually involved in the performance appraisal process management approach is not much hope that the proposed method can have some reference.
