As market competition become more and more intense and innovation become faster and faster in the 21st century, so enterprises must constantly acquire new knowledge and use it to create value for business and society. Because business success increasingly depends on the knowledge that enterprises have, knowledge has become the basis for competitive advantage. In the evolutionary process that human society to knowledge economy and in the context of knowledge becomes an important resource of enterprises, knowledge management is come into being as a subject of knowledge. Knowledge management performance evaluation as an integral part of knowledge management is to appraise the effect of the implementation process of knowledge management to identify the weaknesses of knowledge management and recommend measures to solve the problems. It has a certain significance to direct enterprise to improve the smooth development of knowledge management.First of all, summarized domestic and foreign knowledge management and knowledge management performance evaluation results and progress, and elaborated the basic theory of knowledge management performance evaluation. Secondly, reference to academic's research results, according to the principles of design indicators system, design secondary index set of enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation initial screening through invite experts for scoring the indicators. Use Hierarchical Cluster to divide the final established secondary indicators into first level index, ultimately get 5 first level indicators and 21 secondary indicators. Then, use Triangular Fuzzy AHP method to determine weights. Next, use Indistinct Integration Evaluation Method to evaluate the performance of enterprises' knowledge management. By the empirical research verified the reasonableness of the index system and the effectiveness of the method. Analysis the results of the empirical research, make recommendations to improve the knowledge management level. Finally, summarize the study and point out the inadequacies of the study.The research of Knowledge Management Performance Evaluation is exploratory and tentative. It is instructive to identify the weaknesses of enterprises knowledge management activities and make improvements. But because knowledge management is a complex system, the research inevitably have some deficiency. There are still many problems need to be considered and solve.
