In the epoch of knowledge economy, only innovative enterprises can achieve sustainable development, and the essence of innovation is the creation of new knowledge. As a key of knowledge management, knowledge sharing plays an essential role in organizational intellectual innovation. As the important carrier of knowledge and the basic element of organization, people's sharing attitude and sharing behavior determine whether the knowledge sharing will be launched smoothly within the organization. An effective mechanism could strengthen the organizational members'sharing will and improve the innovation capability of organization. This paper aimed to identify the key factors affecting knowledge sharing, and then built an intra-organizational knowledge sharing mechanism, which could provide help and guidance on improving the level of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation ability for organization.Using the theoretical and empirical research methods and combining with the mechanism of organizational knowledge innovation, the paper introduced the theoretical framework of behavioral economics into the research of intra-organizational knowledge sharing behavior innovatively. From the perspective of"People's limited rationality", taking"self status quo"as the reference, applying"EP"model of"Prospect Theory"and"F-S"cooperative game model, the paper analyzed the individual and group behavior when the organizational members were participating in knowledge sharing. The analysis were as follows: it analyzed the individual behavior of sharing body with Endowment Effect and Prospect Theory, and pointed out that the choice of the frame of reference had an important effect on people's shared decision-making, and made the conclusion that the organizational culture affected the choice of the reference frame in people's mind; applying F-S cooperative game model, it analyzed the group behavior of sharing body, and indicated that people's limited rationality would led to people's behavior having reciprocal preferences. Under the condition of"Long-term Cooperative Game", people were more inclined to choose knowledge sharing, thus, the cooperation and trust would affect the knowledge sharing, and the relevant assumptions were proposed according to the above-mentioned results. Based on the above analysis, the questionnaire was designed with Likert7 level scale. 100 pieces of questionnaires were disseminated to different employees in the different types of organizations through the e-mail or written form, and a total of 71 valid questionnaires were collected. It proved the correctness of assumptions after conducting factor analysis and multiple linear regressions to effective data, which provided empirical evidence for designing the intra- organization knowledge sharing mechanism oriented by knowledge innovation. Finally, based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, the paper elaborated the framework and ideas of knowledge-sharing mechanism from cultural mechanism, cooperation mechanism and communication mechanism, which forms an integral research framework. The paper built the knowledge-sharing mechanism from following three aspects: on the aspect of cultural mechanism, the system and spirit knowledge sharing culture should be established; on the aspect of cooperation mechanism, internal learning should be encouraged, the opportunities for team work within the organization should be increased , and the coordination between the members should be improved; on the aspect of communication mechanism, the confidence and the channels of communication within the organization should be increased. All of the above measures constituted a knowledge-sharing system of mutual coordination and promotion.
