Knowledge management is receiving more and more attentions because it has become the most important asset to keep organizational competitive in the knowledge based economic society. However,as shown in the survey,knowledge sharing is an important part and difficult part as well in the promoting of knowledge management. There would be a lot of reasons behind that. but in essence, knowledge sharing is the interactive process between individuals, knowledge cannot be exchanged like goods, when one people want to learn other ones'knowledge,he himself should also have a kind of knowledge reconstruction behavior.So,knowledge sharing include two bodies: knowledge supplier and knowledge demander, because of the difference of individual characteristics and environment, the influential factors of knowledge sharing behavior would be different too.So The thesis starts with the firm and staff angle, and we establish the influential factor model of knowledge sharing from those two angles on the basis of the theory of knowledge sharing and self-efficacy. Then a deep analysis of influential factors on knowledge sharing is made from two aspects which include the subject and outside environment of knowledge sharing behavior while hypothesis for this research are put forward after further consideration of the relationships among these factors. Then the thesis prove those hypothesis and finally determine the prime influential factors of knowledge sharing through questionnaire.After that, in order to know better about the impact mechanism of knowledge sharing between individuals, the CA simulation model of knowledge sharing is constructed using the cellular automata theory, through the model we try to discuss the interaction of knowledge sharing and its effects on the sharing efficiency of the overall organization.Finally, the thesis prove the proposed promoting measure of knowledge sharing is effective in practice using the enterprise case of knowledge sharing.The research results show:The influential factor model of knowledge sharing could explain knowledge sharing behaviors very well. so using it to assess the influential factors of knowledge sharing is feasible。The influential factors of knowledge sharing are culture and environment of the firm,self-efficacy,the staff's psychology, the absorption and transmission capacity, the stock of knowledge. The efficacy of knowledge sharing in the overall organization is decided by the impact mechanism of knowledge sharing between individuals and the status of staff who don't choose knowledge sharing; The case study results show that promoting knowledge sharing from the two levels of individual and organization is efficient in practice.
