Recently, the competitions between Enterprises are becoming more and more rapidly, more and more enterprises treat the knowledge and technology innovation as their core competence. When the global knowledge-based economy is gradually formatting, the strategic cooperation between suppliers and manufactures appears more and more important. On the one hand, the cooperation between suppliers and manufactures enhances the overall competitiveness, so they can keep one part market, on the other hand, it requires suppliers and manufactures must be carried out the sharing and innovation of knowledge and technology in a wide range. In this paper, we make a discussion of the field between suppliers and manufactures, analysis cooperative relations among their enterprises, staffs, explores the factors and strategies that influence the impact of knowledge sharing, gives a propose of making a effective knowledge sharing method, mode, at same times establishes the knowledge mechanism platform of suppliers and manufactures. The main research contents of this article are as follows.The second Chapter is about relevant literatures review. First of all, we introduce recent domestic and foreign knowledge-sharing relative literatures, summer up the perspectives of knowledge-sharing researches and major research achievements; second, introduce knowledge-sharing literatures of the supply chain knowledge management and knowledge-sharing, we also see the shortcomings of the theory of the existing literatures. Finally we introduce the detail relevant literatures of knowledge-intermediaries.The third chapter is about relevant concepts and theoretical basis. We introduce detail relevant theory of knowledge-sharing in the supply chain and some basic knowledge about Non-cooperative Game Theory, and Non-cooperative Game Theory is important content, including Game strategy expression, Backward Induction, Limited Repeated Games.The fourth chapter is about the staffs'knowledge-sharing analysis of suppliers and manufactures. The chapter enters the core of the paper. First, we face the knowledge-sharing problems between suppliers and manufactures, second, analyze and make a solution of the problems. Specially, we analyze staffs'behaviors of Suppliers and manufactures from the work-stability and staffs-confidences with Game methods, then get the solutions, and explore the management significances.The fifth chapter is about the organization's knowledge-sharing of suppliers and manufactures. First, we propose the organization's knowledge-sharing of suppliers and manufactures, second, we analyze the organization's knowledge-sharing which is in the frame of principal-agent. Finally, knowledge supervisor and knowledge-supervisor mechanism are introduced, which are the solution of problem that exists organization knowledge-sharing of suppliers and manufactures. Besides, we introduce the eligibility, rights, obligations, responsibilities of knowledge supervisor, and knowledge-supervisor mechanism.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the paper. We summarize the shortcomings of study, explain the future contents.The paper result shows that:it is attributed to knowledge sharing to improve the work-stability, staffs-confidences in order to estranges, sharing, application, creation of knowledge and the improvement of the overall competitive and core competitive, and it is important management significance. The effect of knowledge-sharing with knowledge-supervisor mechanism is better than that with no knowledge-supervisor mechanism for some organizations'sharing.
