The existing researchs of knowledge sharing all base on the the hypothesis of the rational economic man. Traditional economics regards that the motivation of economic behavior is seeking for profit maximizationa ,neglecting the actual psychological characteristics of individual. The behavior economics has had influence on development of economics these years. The conclusion indicates that the modification of rational hypothesis of traditional economics cause the amalgamation. May be bring about the revolution in mainstream economics in future. Under these background, this paper retrospects behavior economics theory, analyzes the definition and characteristics of knowledge sharing, and discusses the obstacles, the motivating and operating mechanism of knowledge sharing. This paper builds up mathematical model to describe analyze knowledge sharing behavior, finding that the mechanism of solving "Prisoner's Dilemma" for knowledge sharing exist in human nature. The conclusions of this paper are made use of to analyze a typical knowledge sharing case.The most significant results and innovations are as follows: Firstly, making use of endowment theory, regret theory,this paper point that knowledge owners's status preference and knowledge receiver's conceit induce knowledge sharing difficult to implement, and give the way to solve the problem. Secondly,making use of prospect theory,this paper analyze the process of knowledge, explaning the internal mechanism and economics meaning of knowledge sharing. Thirdly, building up mathematical model for knowledge and improving fair preference model, this paper makes use of fair preference theory to analyze the game process of knowledge sharing, finds that the mechanism of solving "Prisoner's Dilemma" for knowledge sharing exist in human nature. Finally, constructing knowledge sharing mechanism inside enterprises. Basing on above paragraphs analysis, this paper expounds how to construct knowledge sharing mechanism in six parts, including organization structure, corporation culture, motivation, trust and communication, formats a whole framework at last.
