Human capital valuation models should be a group of interrelated model of the composition, this paper intends to build three-based human capital valuation models:the individual human capital into the enterprise in accordance with the contract when the total amount of individual human capital valuation models, individual human capital, current cost valuation model,the individual changes in fair value of human capital, profit and loss model, by these three basic models, can be further deduced to other relevant human capital valuation models, For accounting and financial areas of the human assets, human capital, further research to provide a research base.
