In 2008 American financial crisis, our garment company fiercely feels that we must change our managing strategy, we should transfer low-cost strategy to differentiation strategy or brand strategy. It is not enough we only have idea of strategy but we should have enough ability to realize the change of strategy, according to current researches of enterprise strategy theory and human capital theory, the human capital which our company owns is the source of the ability of our company strategy transformation. With the development of our economy, the management and operation of human capital is undergoing great changes, we have to improve the level of managing and operating human capital and rising the stock of company human capital, through such way we can ensure the success of our garment company transformation of strategy.In order to do specific research about human capital, the first is to make the concept of human capital to be specific, then from such perspective we divide human capital into three kinds of specific human capital, including management human capital,marketing human capital and R&D human capital, and through theory interpretation and practical expounding show the impact of the specific human capital to the strategy of garment company. Secondly, the paper introduces the concept and content of the mechanism of the integration of human capital, using the dynamic mechanism and static mechanism of human capital rise the level of human capital of company, and discusses the influence of the human capital to company strategy.This paper argues that only the interpretation of the theory and reality sort of information does not make the conclusions of this study depth, so the clothing enterprises in Quanzhou area is selected for the survey through the questionnaire survey, through factor analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis , Correlation analysis, the following conclusions:1. Human capital is not related to awareness and corporate strategy 2. Specific human capital and business strategy-related3. Human capital-related integration mechanisms and corporate strategy4. the core of human capital and business strategy-relatedThe end of this questionnaire is derived for the reality of the problems companies, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
