The Study On Investing Human Capital Based On The State-owned Insurance Company

In the modern society, economic globalization has accelerated the demand all kinds of talents, and more and more enterprises have realized the key competition between the enterprises is the competition of talent in the market economy. So enterprises should strengthen the human capital investments, in order to obtain high-efficient repayment of investment.Along with opening of insurance market, the competition between insurance companies become more and more fiercely, the industry of insurance faces the challenges. The key of the revolutionary of insurance company is talent. There are many problems in state-owned insurance company, such as the lack of human capital investment, the running of human capital and so on. So it has the researching value and profound effect to study the problem of human capital investment.According to the above reasons, the title of this thesis is "The study on investing human capital based on the state-owned insurance company". This thesis seeks for there forming and developing direction to the state-owned insurance company based on the human capital investment. In this thesis, it is one of the basic studies that researching the theory of human capital investment systemically and the theoretical frame of the human capital investment in enterprises, and the second is the researching of human capital cost and benefit analysis, and the third is analyzing the problems on the human capital investment and finding out the method to settle those problems.According to the framework of the full thesis, it is composed of the preface and the main body. The author expounds the studying focus and the studying backdrop in preface, in order to make the good mating the next argumentations of the text .And the main body is divided into five parts: The first part sums up the theories of human capital investment. The second part analyzes the prospect and insurance talents' state in insurance market. The third part analyzes the problems of human capital investment in state-owned insurance company and the reasons of them. The forth part analyzes the cost and benefit of human capital investment in enterprises. The fifth part offers the settlement measures of human capital investment management in state-owned insurance company.
