The Tendering Mechanism Of Logistics Outsourcing For Manufacturing Enterprises

A large number of logistics activities are companied in the process of raw materials purchasing, production and sale for manufacturers. Recently, more and more large-scale manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad outsource logistics activities from outside via a bidding so as to provide much opportunity for logistics enterprise. Making good use of bidding is the key to obtain excellent service, reduce costs and improve competitive strength for manufacturers. For logistics corporations, in order to beating the competitors and grasping the market opportunity, they should carry out the scientific and justified bidding decisions, improve their service quality and enhance their overall strength of the bid. With the optimization of resource allocation function, in essence, a market economic system to optimizing the allocation of resources, the tendering mechanism has been widely used in the world, not limited to government procurement.This paper firstly expounds the tending and bidding activity of the logistics service outsourcing, on the base of which explains the procedure, step and so on, and provides theoretical basis for the following study. Then make systemic study for logistics outsourcing in the two key areas-bidding and biding-apprise.In the bidding quotation this paper has introduced the game theory thought which is used to research the the strategy of the bid enterprise's quotation, then discussed the gambling model between the tender, and the didder as well as tenderers separately, and it corresponds separately base number of a tender and no base.number of a tender. In the Bidding-apprise area, firstly this paper introduced the main traditional methods of bidding-apprise, then analyzed some mathematics method in the present bidding-apprise, compared with the good and bad points in these methods,also the usability. Finally we had introduced the grey system theory and constructed the multi-level gray appraisal evaluation of tenders model.Finally this paper had carried on the analysis for logistics outsourcing tender case of manufacturing enterprises, introduced the quoted price model and Bidding-apprise model in the case, and related the two effectively.
