In chapter4,we analysesthe interest between tenderee,tenderer,superintendent and the Bidding agencyby the means of game theory.In Chapter5,we analyse some provinces of chinaand the foreign country,experience of preventing collusion.In chapter6,wesuggest to set up a standard bidding system,improve the morality of theparticipants,penalize the people who don’t follow the rules and share moreinformations in order to adimister collusive tendering.At last, in chapter7,Isummarize this article and propose my suggestions.I hope this article can offer areference for the manager and the superintendent,and make the tendering andbidding market more fair and public.
