The Study On The Influence Of Henan Province Shipping For The Socioeconomic Development

At present, the rapid economic development of Henan Province has led to a significant increase in transport demand. But in recent years, rail transport has been increasingly saturated. Road transportation is only appropriate for short-haul traffic. Long-distance transport costs are higher, and oil price increases, so there have been many contradictions about transport. To improve capacity of transport, accelerate the transfer canal of goods and resources construction,which has become an urgent demand that is sustained and rapid economic development in Henan Province. Fully realize the importance of economic development,accelerate the development of shipping,improve and perfect the comprehensive system of transport,and make the advantages of road, railway, waterway, aviation are complementary,promote the economic development of Henan Province,so Henan should seize the opportunity of Central Areas Economy Rising Strategy, build Henan into the important comprehensive traffic hinge of China.To the question about influence of Henan Province shipping for the socioeconomic development, this paper carries on intensive study, mainly include the following sections:(1)Describe the basic conditions for the development of shipping on nature geography ,river and river system,and analyze the advantages of maritime development and the great significance of development for shipping.(2)Study on comprehensive traffic conditions in Henan, and the current status of Henan shipping in the integrated transportation system. At the same time, on the basis of traffic economics theory, the paper deeply analyses relationship between Henan shipping and economic. In view of the question that the development of Henan shipping exist, this paper deeply analyses these problems.(3)Paper analyses the land resources consumption of land transportation mode in Henan Province and takes the shipping construction of Jialu River and Shuangji River for example to demonstrate the important role of shipping development on conserving and protecting the limited land resources. (4)This paper tries to research from two aspects including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.On the qualitative aspect, several points are used to describe the relationship between shipping and economic development;on the quantitative aspect, improved model is applied to calculate the correlation coefficent between shipping and economic.Meanwhile, input-output table with six departments is drawn, and input-output approach is applied to calculate the contribution between shipping and economic of Henan Province.(5)The paper discusses the question that Henan shipping has,and gives some corresponding recommendations.At last,the paper is summarized,and obtains the results of the paper and creative point, meanwhile, points out the direction for further research.
