Study On The Development Of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives In Jilin Province

Specialized farmers cooperatives in rural areas have a major role in promoting economic development, and developing specialized farmers cooperatives is currently an important part of rural economic development. For the consolidation status of agricultural infrastructure, increasing farmers the degree of organization, promoting agricultural industrialization, strengthening competitiveness of agricultural products, specialized farmers cooperatives made an important significance in these areas. As Jilin province is a traditional agricultural province, establishing and improving professional cooperatives in rural areas will help improve labor productivity in rural areas of Jilin Province and productivity levels, promoting development of social undertakings and enhancing their income. This paper firstly analyzed and summarized the research experience of the development of the specialized farmers cooperatives, and then combining with their own situation in Jilin province, analyzing the current status of specialized farmers cooperatives of the Jilin province ,and the restricting factor of the development of the specialized farmers cooperatives of Jilin province. Finally from the views of the government and the cooperatives the development strategy has been obtained.The thesis is divided into six chapters, the specific contents are as follows:The Chapter 1 is an introduction, .including the background of the current status of the specialized farmers cooperatives, the basic thread, main contents and methods, the new ideas and the shortage of the research paper.The Chapter 2 is about the basic concepts and a review of relevant theory, explaining the connotation of the specialized farmers cooperatives,and analyzing the theoretical basis of specialized farmers cooperatives from the three aspect, cooperative theory, organization management theory, and the institutional economics, finally analyzing the role of the specialized farmers cooperatives.The Chapter 3 is about the experience of development of the specialized farmers cooperatives, analyzing the development of specialized farmers cooperatives from abroad, domestic and Jilin,. The Chapter 4 is analyzing the problems and the restricting factors of the Jilin specialized farmers cooperatives.The Chapter 5 is about the suggestions on the development of Jilin province's specialized farmers cooperatives. To aim directly at the problems and the reasons , proposing that the development of Jilin specialized farmers cooperatives should follow the basic principles , form the more completely development of the current Jilin province's specialized farmers cooperatives ,and take the specific measures.Chapter 6 is the conclusion. This paper presented the main conclusions and further research directions.
