A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Chongqing’s Undertaking Service Outsourcing

Service outsourcing has become a new kind of production in the whole worldafter the manufacturing outsourcing.It has some characteristics, such as high addedvalue, high technical content,lower energy consumption and can absorb manyunemployed people. Since many developing countries contracted the outsourcingbusiness from developed countries,the industrial structure of their countriesimproved,and the economy got a fast growth rate. They have become “the world’soffice” from “the factory of the world”. Chongqing is the Manufacturing and heavyindustry base of western China.Due to historical reason,the high pollution and highenergy consumption industries Accounts for a high proportion,contradiction ofindustrial layout and economic development began to appear.The development ofservice outsourcing industry can effectively solve these problems and can realizesustainable development of economy.In order to make the service outsourcing industry in Chongqing to get betterdevelopment,this paper adopts the methods of theoretical investigation and empiricalanalysis to find some factors which influence Chongqing undertake the serviceoutsourcing then sort these factors. This paper firstly reviewed the related researchand then discusses the concept, classification and the related theory of serviceoutsourcing, and then introduces the development status of service outsourcing inChina and Chongqing. We find out the related factors through the study of literatureand related theories and analysis them with qualitative methods.Basing on theseanalysis,make empirical analysis on the basis of grey correlation analysis method andsort these factors to find out the important factors,Finally the policy and suggestionsare given.The conclusion of this paper shows: the main factors affecting Chongqingundertake the service outsourcing are Foreign trade openness, Economy scale, laborcost,infrastructure and talent retention.
