Personnel issue is related to a business, and even the strength of a country rise and fall of the major issues. Country Ampang By people, successful career by talent, and now the competitiveness of enterprises in fact is the talent competition. In today's fast-growing insurance industry, insurance, the quantity and quality of talent the industry plays a decisive role in the rise and fall. The loss of talented employees is a loss of talent, businesses need to retain talent has become all the core human resource management issues.
