With the rapid development in technology, the environment is changing rapidly, so if the enterprise wants to survive and promote in a complex environment, they must size up the situation with the strategic vision to create and cultivate its competitive advantage. As a student in the direction of financial management, we should help enterprise to solve the problem on how to select the financial strategy in the direction of competitive advantage strategy, to meet the enterprise achieved overall strategic goals from a financial perspective.In this paper, based on a lot of literatures, by using standard research methods, with combining financial theory and corporate practice together, starting from the identification of the financial strategy of the environment, analyzed the competitive advantage of varieties of financial strategies, with factor analysis model to measure competitive advantage, and analyzed the final case study of Hisense's financial strategy.Based on the above set of questions, this paper includes 6 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. It introduced the significance, research methods, content and framework of this thesis. Expounded the significance from the perspective of both financial theory and business practice, and reviewed the supporting role of relevant article from domestic and foreign literature;The second chapter is theoretical basis. It introduced the basic theory in corporate financial strategy and competitive advantage which is as the theoretical support of this article.;The third chapter is an environment analysis of corporate financial strategy. By analyzing the external environment of enterprises using SCP model that introduced in Porter five forces model; using VIOR tools to analyze the enterprise's internal resources and capabilities; finally, using SWOT matrix to evaluate the environment, exploring environmental opportunities;chapter IV is the most important part of the article,is about financial strategic analysis that based on the competitive advantage. As a starting point from the relationship between Competitive advantage and financial strategy, under the guidance of three competitive strategies: the cost leadership, differentiation and target concentration, to meet the competition strategy, it took financial Strategic analysis from financing, investment and distribution of three aspects;the last part is a case study. Using factor analysis model, it ranked comprehensive evaluation on 18 Household Appliances, and choose one of the most competitive advantage company as a particular example to analyze its financial strategies.
