The Relationship Study Between Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration And Economic Growth In Jiangsu Province

Industry agglomeration is a global economic phenomenon,which is the large number of enterprises in accordance with certain economic ties to a specific regional focus, the formation of a similar industrial communities living organisms. Many domestic and international case studies show that industrial clustering have a more competitive enterprises, faster growth rate,and a more excellent ability to innovate compared with non-industrial agglomeration. As the world's one of the basic characteristics of industrial organization, industrial agglomeration became the mainstream of economic development. Agglomeration promote competitive industries growing to become the region's economic backbone and induce entire region's economic growth.This paper state from the development of manufacturing industry agglomeration in Jiangsu,describe the overview of development of Manufacturing and use location quotient index to calculate concentration level of manufacturing industries in Jiangsu.we find industries which have agglomeration advantagest.From the perspective of the region, we collected the regional distribution of industrial clustering. From above research we know the agglomeration advantages is often company with higher levels of economic development.On this basis, we make an empirical analysis between agglomeration industry and economic growth in Jiangsu Province, and use the index of contribution of industrial agglomeration to explain the relationship between economic growth and manufacture industry agglomeration According to the analysis results,we find the problems of manufacturing industry agglomeration in Jiangsu province, and finally make relevant policy recommendations.
