Nowadays, the human resource becomes the key in the economic development. And along with it, the status and function of human resource management is strengthened day by day. An enterprise can be in an invincible position as long as it manages the human resource very well. Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy, the importance of the function of knowledge in the economy development is getting more and more obvious. An enterprise can defeat the competitors and obtain the small space during the keen competition in the markets depending on the knowledge to create the wealth by transformation into productive forces. The function of knowledge—carrier staff is more and more obvious in an enterprise or even in the development of a state's economy. Therefore, the management of knowledge staff should be the key point in the human resource management.Compared with the ordinary staff, the knowledge staff has stronger quality and more independence, their work achievement is more difficult to measure. The wealth a knowledge worker creates is as several times or even dozen times wealth as wealth created by an ordinary worker. Human resource management in the enterprise should try to satisfy the knowledge staff to enable them to display their own knowledge and skill to create the wealth. Therefore, studying motive pattern of the knowledge staff appears especially important. The article discusses the present situation of motive pattern in the enterprise of our country, through studying the monograph and the article about psychology contract home and abroad, analyzing and enumerating the successful experience and the pattern obtained by A enterprise in Gansu province during the application of psychological contract. The article carries on the subject from the below several aspects:1. The article makes certain of the concept of the-knowledge staff and analyzes character of knowledge staff.2. The article puts forward the concept and the development of the concept of the psychological contract on the base of elaborating of the basic theory owned by psychological contract including the motive theory, the fair theory, the social exchange theory. The article makes a detailed discussion on the function of motive pattern.3. The article has a summary of research of psychological contract in our country.4. This article discusses the rationality of drive pattern that the article has design by choosing Gansu A enterprise. At last, the motive pattern was verified by using method of factor analysis.
