Based On The Human Body Heat Balance Of The Urban Environment Meteorological Development And Application Of Research

The weather service about city environment is a new item developed and offered by meteorology departments of our country ,a new field of weather service in large and middle cities. Now ,the study on city weather service is in its infancy and is weak in the basic research.Application research is in development and trial phase .With the steady development and increase in national economy and people's living standards, City weather service has drawn the attention of meteorology departments and become a key development field of application mereorology.In the paper the universal apparent temperature model and formula for calculating apparent temperature fitting different age phases are established on the basis of physics mechanism of body thermal equilibrium,in accord with the character of body metabolism. The body comfort index is established .At the same time, the dekad apparent temperature distributing character of all over the country were calculated and analyzed based on many years average weather data of 198 stations. On the basis of these works , the comfort degree division was made in all over country and the dekad division graph is made by using GIS. These researchs provide theory foundation for the study of city meteorology and the source of information for the great control of city service all over the country.On the basis of dekad apparent temperature analysis, selected 12 representative stations on different latitude and longitude, the yearly change rule of dayly apparent temperature and different type apparent temperature-2-change condition with geography position are calculated and analyzed and dayly change rule of body comfort degree is attempted to discuss from climate angle. In order to prove the basis and feasibility of apparent temperature , the relation of apparent temperature and disease is discussed in this paper by using disease data of Nanjing and the feasibility to forecast disease through using apparent temperature is studied . The forecasting models of incidence of cold, asthama and heart blood vessel were established in Nanjing. In tour factor, The feasibility of how to make sure the best travel time and place is discussed.
