Cardiac Specific Expression Of The Gene Microarray Analysis And Gene Ontology Analysis Of Its Characteristics

The tissue-specific pattern of mRNA express ion can indicate importantclues about gene functions.We used two dataset to find the heart-specific genes:1. The expression of the vast majority of protein-encoding human genesand have used them to profile a panel of 79 human tissues.2. 27 genes related with heart development and cardiac hypertrophydeposited in the Cardiosignal database.We found 112 heart-specific genes(τ＞0.85).Analysis of 112 heart-specific genes with 6ene Ontology revealedsignificant enrichement in 62 of 60 notes. These notes prompted the commoncharacteristic of heart-specific genes.
