Liwu Copper-Znic deposite of Sichuan lies in Jianglang dome tectonic, Which locates in the middle of the yangtze platform' westside and NS-trending Kang-Dian axis' westward. The NE-trending of Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt southeastern margin is Muli-Jingping mountain ,which has arc nappe tectonic belt, Jianglang dome tectonic lies in its north-western side trailing edge. The copper-znic deposits of Liwu are controled by the dome and stripping fault struture. Ore body, The attitude of which is basically identical with the main schistosity of the surroungding rock,occurred in core complex.Liwu includes 8 areas: Liwu, Heiniu dong,Wajingou,Zhongzu, Boxianglin, Sunyelin,Baiyanzi, Shanghaidi. The ore samples sampled from those ares almost have same type and character. Based on systematic field investigations, multiple methods including X radiation ray(XRD),chemical quantitative analysis,chemical phase-analysis,optical microscope oberservation,sem energy spectrum analysis(SEM+EDS) are together used to study the occurrence of Znic in this dissertation.The main textures of Liwu copper-zinc deposite are massive ,granular ,common in bangded,sparse disseminated , disseminated and the structures have hydrothermal filling origin characters,such as subhedral-allotriomorphic structure,granular structure, common boundary structure,metasomatic structure, junction structure,exsolution structure,including structure,enclsed and leaf structure. Ores have mineral association of sphalerite-chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite.sphalerite-chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite-galena,sphalerite-chalcopyrite,sphalerite-pyrrhotite,chalcopyrite-pyrrhotite.The main reserch object sphalerite,including chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite had been formed in deposition,period,structure,deformation,stage(mainly),hydrothermal transformation stage.Based on microscope,with furrher analysis way such as X radiation ray (XRD), chemical quantitative analysis,chemical phase-analysis way ,we get the result that main metallic minerals are pyrrhotite chalcopyrite sphalerite pyrite ilmenite etc,and gangue minerals are quartz calcite muscovite biotite feldspar chlorite etc. Cu,Zn,Fe,S are main elements in ores. The anverage grade of Cu,Zn is different in different orebody, Liwu area has the average grade of Cu is 2.5%, Zn 0.75%; while Wa Jingou Cu 0.71%, Zn 0.63%; Sun Yelin Cu 0.76%, Zn 0.39%; Hei Niudong Cu 1.87%, Zn 0.37%; Shang Haidi Cu 1.89%, Zn 0.19%. 12 samples had been analysized by comprehensive ways, and get the the anverage content of Cu is 5.28%, Zn is 1.11 %.Accompanying component are Se,Te,Cd,Co,Ag etc.Through thechemical pshase-analysis, sem energy spectrum analysis(SEM+EDS) of main single mineral component analysis , We get the result that zinc exists mainly in the sulphide of marmatite, which has zinc distribution rate of 79.49%.but zinc distribution in oxidate is 8.56%,the leftover in other state is 11.11%,and it partly exists in willemite .Marmatite always exists in the particals or fractures,or some in the form of inclusion enwraped by copper and pyrrhotite. Most of marmatite has irregular shape, while a part of which is in colloidal condition. Another form of zinc is that isomorphism zinc exist in greite and bidmuth.The optimal beneficiation scheme and reagent requirement are determined. Choosing "One crude,one seiichi ,one sweep"process in flotation,along with suitable reagents, can make the mineral processing perfect,copper and zinc will get a good result. In Copper zinc priority floatation seperation processing,LP-01 and inhibitor sulfur mineral (sphalerite) (CaCl2+DS) will be used under natural PH condition. After that copper residue will be used to collect znic,added with coppper sulfate activator and butyl xanthate collector in high alkali condition. And the result is that copper 25.91%( zinc 1.08%),copper concentrate recovery rate is 91.42%, znic is 33.22%(copper 2.09%),znic concentrate recovery rate is 45.76%. The process have simple reagent ,easy operation and easy transformation...
