Study On The Preparation And Quality Standards Of Hong Hanglian Granule For Anti-depression

After the Pharmacodynamics study that Hypericum ascyron L. has an evident anti-depression effect, HongHanLian granule for anti-depression is com-posed of active components from the extracts with appropriate adjuvants.According to the physical and chemical properties of Hypericum ascyron L.o,We adopted Box-Behnken response surface methodology (RSM) to select the optimized alcohol-extract technology. the study was performanced to optimize the preparation procedure with the formation, hygroscopicity, dissolubility as the synthetic criteria.I n order to ensure the quality and efficacy of agents, the present study, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), has developed quality standards for capsules. Established Hyperoside and Rutoside by TLC method, and the establishment of the finished product Hyperoside and Rutoside method for the determination of emodin.Finally, three batches of samples for three months stability test of the preliminary investigation, the study projects met the pharmacopoeia requirements.The results show that: low back pain capsule preparation process is simple and feasible, stable, quality control.
