The pollution of coking can be considered as one of the largest in the metallurgy industry. Facing the resource crisis and environment protection pressure , the enterprises have to make the way of energy saving and environmental protection. The technology of CDQ is recommended by the government owing to its cleanness. Meanwhile it is placed on the item about clean production technic by Nation Economic and Trade Commission. Comparing with wet quenching, it has lots of advantages, including energy saving , environmental protection, utilizing heat recovery, enhancing intensity and so on. At the same time, it plays an active roles in improving environment of the factory and neighboring areas.The technology of dust-catching environment for CDQ can be regarded as a core of solving envionment pollution on coking quenching process. In our country, there are two series in dust-catching environment for CDQ : Wet dust collector and Bag dust collector. However ,they emerges different problems by using. If you want to obtain fresh air and non-pollution on coking quenching process, you should increase soot collecting efficiency and de-dusting efficiency, strengthen operation management and equipment protection, ensure dust catcher about percent 100 during the running of CDQ.The article makes general research through the technology of dust-catching environment for CDQ. On the basis of actualn production condition, it also definitely presents the solution for the shortcoming of dust-catching environment for CDQ in the country now. Analysing the Bag dust collector and optimizing the system from design, the theory of dust-catching ,the improvement of dust-catching efficiency , the diposal of hot soot, the choice of bag ,daily trouble of equipment and some other aspects. Therefore , the result shows that it is possible and advantageous to extend the Bag dust collector in the technology of dust-catching environment for CDQThe paper offers some references on these sides of excellent design,selection and operation management in the system of dust-catching environment for CDQ.
