Facing the energy crisis at the present time, the energy saving is a question for discussion in the world. Take the iron and steel industry as for example, the energy of slab heating takes a greater proportion. It is one of the valuable research works for how to minimize the energy of slab heating and maximize economy efficiency based on the premise of satisfying the technological requirements of surface and center temperature in slab heating.Because of the slab heating is the nonlinear and the large delay stochastic system, and the technic of temperature testing is behindhand, it is not a good way to gain the accurate tepaerature information in slab heating process used of the thermocouple rmometric Techniques. In this paper, the parameterized tepaerature information model of salb heating is established which associated with the energy of slab heating.Made use of these characteristic models of slab heating, such as the surface temperature field, surface heat flow density field, surface heat flow density probability distributing and sectional temperature field of slab, there is a new way to research the energy saving and stochastic control system.In this paper, the main contributions can be summarized as follows:(1) The heating characteristic model of surface slabB-spline parameterized technology and slab heating technics are applied, the temperature filed and flux density filed of surface slab are described. The probability density distribution model of slab surface flux density is eatablished with the theory of statistics to describe the whole heating slab surface characteristic model and associate the waste energy. The effect for energy saving by modifying the characteristic parameterr model through the steel-heating process is realized with theory of SDC.(2) The heating characteristic model of interior slabThere are two methods to eatablish temperature filed heating model of interior slab, mechanism modeling and the software ANSYS modeling. By analyzing the slab temperature of cross section, the temperature distribution of interior slab is got to modify the heating characteristic model of surface slab. It is the foundation to set the heating furnace temperature and analyse instantaneous situation in the heating process.(3) The NURBS model By researching the CAGD and analysing many methods of B-splines modeling in this chapter, a new model, NURBS model, is put forward. The output is controlled by rectifying control points and weight factor in NURBS model which provided the flexible to adjust the shape of PDF curve. In addition, the NURBS model and other B-splines models are all used to describe PDF output in stochastic control system.(4)The PDF control system of slab heatingThe application of SDC theories to carry PDF control on the steel heating was put forward in this paper. The PDF of surface hot flow density distribute is got. The heating PDF control system used of boundary SDC theories is designed. The temperature in the heating stove is changed by controlling and adjusting the input. The PDF of surface hot flow density distribute is approximated to the given PDF to realize the effect for energy saving by modifying the characteristic parameterr model through the steel-heating process.The method may has a break on the present research on the steel-heated control system.
