The article will illustrate the basic principles of STL Molding divided levels by taking the plastic electric equipment shell (Part 1,2,3) as the example, RPM technology as well as the Modlex3D True 3D CAE for Injection Molding。We started a instant molding of the article by Mem FDM\\MEM Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing equipment Mem system A450, do the Injection Molding applicable analysis research on the Plastic part—the archetype molding of plastic electric equipment shell。And than Modlex3D played an important role in plastic electric equipment shell product analysis, we makes the analysis on the article as belows:Filling-Melt Front Time, Filling-Pressure,Filling-Temperature,Filling-Shear Stress,Filling-Clamping Force XY Curve,Packing-Volumetric Shrinkage, War page -X-Displacement, War page -Y-Displacement, War page -Z-Displacement, War page-Total-Displacement.The Study has indicated that adopting the RPM technique to develop the key molding of plastic electric equipment shell, which really received the effect that shorten the periods of development and reduce cost,thus it can enhance the market competition ability of the enterprise.The practice turns out the Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing technology of product design and manufacturing application can perceivably shorten the launching circle of products, lower the costs, improve the quality, enhance the competitiveness of the company.Secondly, the paper made a research on the processing techniques of plastic electric equipment shell products, including the capability analysis of electric equipment shell ABS material for hardware 1,2; the capability analysis of (PC) for hardware3; the processing technique analysis of Plastic injection mould, and the design of sidedivided shape injection mould as well as the analysis of manufacturing research and the relevant technology blueprints analysis on such electric equipment shell products.We can work out the prospects and general level of the molding business throughout the country for the contents above. Among those, the advanced design process of Plastic injection mould, Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing technology and the True 3D CAE for Injection Molding and inject process analysis take important positions. So I choose《The application analysis of the Moldex3D CAE for Injection Molding CAE in Plastic injection mould design and manufacturing methods based on RPM》as the thesis to follow close to the current and future research tendency throughout the country. Considering the detailed conditions of our domestic enterprises, I try to work out the advanced design process of Plastic injection mould that fits the Chinese enterprises'conditions in the paper and contribute my own efforts to the development of molding business.
