Electrorefining Successive Crystallization Machine is the Chinese technical personnel's significant invention, and it has been applied successfully to tin refining industry nearly 30 years and has made tremendous contribution. But the present crystal machine is still processed by manual manipulation, one of the keys to realize Crystallization Machine's automation is the online detecting of lead contain of Pb alloy. However, the enterprise and the automation engineers is still puzzled by the question of online detecting of contain of Pb-Sn alloy. It has become the bottleneck and the barrier of automation control for the tin concise process.In order to comply with the tendency and the request of instruments and meters'intellectualization, the network, the informationization, the paper studies in the predecessor in the foundation and uses the advanced ARM9 embedded platform, the WinCE operating system as well as the ethernet mechanics of communication further to study and consummate examination system of online detecting of contain of Pb-Sn alloy. The paper has mainly completed WinCE operating system's custom-madding, the data acquisition card design and the driver design based on ARM9 platform, and has carried the application procedure development, including data processing, Pb content dynamic demonstration, ethernet correspondence and so on. Finally, it also realized the data to issue in local area network's WEB that enhanced system's openness and the usability.The massive tests show that the system can realize the Pb-Sn alloy composition's online detecting, normal communication, friendly man-machine interface and Data WEB issues. The system is advantageous for monitoring many online instruments of detecting of contain of Pb-Sn alloy at the same time by using the ethernet correspondence. This examination system's research has laid the foundation to realize the entire automation and the informationization for the crystallization machine.
