In the development of initiating industry, fire detonator, blasting fuse etc work in many areas of blasting equipment in more show its old obsolete for a long time, and in some special environment still exists serious security hidden danger. Especially in the electronic age, all kinds of electronic technology are used to blasting domain. Safer and reliable, higher accuracy of detonator and line-shaped corresponding being developed and widely applied. Magnetoelectric detonator instead of general electric detonator fire detonator which can not be used for such special environment of detonator are widely applicable in popularity. However, due to the different magnetoelectricity detonator production factory, a manufacturer of magnetoelectricity detonator production by the manufacturers to produce the detonator detonated situation caused serious waste of resources and technical monopoly, so in this kind of circumstance, to invent a machine which is suitable for various kinds of magnetoelectricity detonator initiation to become this paper line-shaped research contents and directions.First, based on the principle of magnetoelectricity detonator we analysis and get the output range of magnetoelectricity detonator blaster. Then using single-chip microcomputer control through the method of conversion mosfet and get the output current. And use Prote199se software design the circuit. Based on the calculation and the related parameters selecting components of produce circuit. After the completion of the circuit design is to use C programming Language to write in ATMEGA 16L single-chip microcomputer.When preliminary design completion, with an oscilloscope and ammeter is measured by the basic output value of output current, the analysis, pulse width modulation (PWM), and the corresponding formulas according to phase modulation principle and modify control procedures to achieve stable output. In the basic function of the design, used in the actual production work and batch production should have other function, puts forward some rational thinking and prospected.
