Iron and steel industry is a pillar industry of social stability and harmonious development,it is an important topic to effectively utilize the existing ore resources.The magnetic separation method is one of the common methods for selecting ore,this method has the advantages of stable and reliable equipment operation,the technological process is simple,does not produce chemical and environmental pollution.However,the existing magnetic separators are mechanical and not flexible,they can not flexibly change the magnetic field parameters according to the dressing precision required,which greatly reduces the flexibility of the mineral processing.The subject is mainly that single-chip microcomputer to control the rotating magnetic field as the research object,hope to design and trial production of a magnetic separation model machine,and through the single-chip microcomputer PWM pulse sequence output to control the magnetic field strength of the rotating magnetic field and rotating magnetic field speed.The main contents of this research include two aspects:On the one hand,it is hardware design of the magnetic separation system,including the power module,the magnetic field generating module,the driving module and the display module;On the other hand,it is the software design of magnetic separation system,including the rotating magnetic field module,the magnetic field strength adjustment module and the rotation speed adjustment module.In this thesis,a series of work such as hardware design,software programming,model machine assembly,system debugging,experiment testing and so on for the singlechip microcomputer control rotating magnetic field separation system,and the function of the single-chip microcomputer controlling rotating magnetic field is preliminarily realized.After testing and analysis,the rotating magnetic field speed of 25 Hz and PWM pulse ratio is 1/10,which can obtain better magnetic separation effect,which can give consideration to the precision of ore dressing and the efficiency of beneficiation.Through this method of pure software to generate PWM pulse sequence to control the rotating magnetic field ore dressing,can fully exert the performance of the single-chip microcomputer,which provides a better solution for the beneficiation industry and has has the theoretical and practical value.
