Study The Incentives Of Farmers Behavior In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

It was the first time to introduce "ecological civilization" into the three original theoretical system of civilization, it was showed that we have already realized the importance of the protection of ecological environment, and began to implement the eco-environmental protection policies actively, increased the intensity of ecological civilization construction. The countryside is closest to the natural world, and it is also the main battlefield of the ecological civilization construction, so the ecological civilization construction in rural areas of environmental protection project plays a vital role in the whole environmental protection. Yunnan, as the area of ethnic minorities, the forefront of eco-environmental protection, the upstream location of the Pearl River, Yangtze River, Lancang River, and the rural areas of harsh natural environment, natural disaster-prone of Yunnan, it has an important meaning to its ecological environment construction.This article mainly through the method of questionnaire surveys and interviews to research the poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province(selected Mo Jiang and Er Yuan), evaluate the status quo of excitation mechanism, and try to identify inadequacies. Establish an evaluating index system and models in the use of a weighted model of comprehensive evaluation for incentive mechanisms, combine with incentives for farmers to build new incentive programs and models, and discuss the new operational modes of incentive programs.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first section defines the concepts and to make a synthesis about the status quo of stimulate study at home and abroad, and on this basis put forward research ideas and methods of this article.The second chapter describes the relevant theory which used in this article, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent chapters.The third chapter found out the situation of incentive of behavior of peasant households in ecological civilization construction of Er Yuan and Mo Jiang by issuing questionnaires and interviews, and to conduct a statistical analysis.The fourth chapter according to statistics data, analyze the situation of Er Yuan and Mo Jiang, and looking for the problems in incentives of the peasant household behaviors in the ecological civilization construction and conduct attribution analysis. The fifth chapter built a new incentive program and model according to the identified problems and the reasons, for the use of motivation theory, combined with the actual needs of farmers, and discussed the operation mode of new incentive program, meanwhile, setout a more detailed presentation about other factors of incentives.The sixth chapter presents a brief summary of this text, pointing out the innovations in this paper, and put forward to the follow-up studies.Through analysis of this above six sections, we know that in the current poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province, the biggest problem is incentives morbidity, incentive dynamism insufficient, and poor inspire results of farmers'behavioral. In connection with these reasons, we need build new incentive programs.
