In order to promote the ecological protection of cultivated land, implement the "three in one" concept of cultivated land protection, how to strengthen the guidance and normative role of cultivated land ecological protection policy on Farmers' land use mode, and improve the participation of farmers in protecting the ecological environment of cultivated land has become one of the problems to be solved urgently.Based on this, the thesis is put forward.Agricultural production behavior is one of the specific forms of farmers' land use.In order to focus on the research object, the two core aspects of farmers' behavior in agricultural production, namely, fertilizer and pesticide application, are taken as alternative variables. This paper constructs an analysis model of the impact of incentive policies of cultivated land ecological protection on Farmers' field behavior. In order to provide the necessary data support for the study, field investigation and behavior experiments were carried out.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the data analysis,it is found that the farmers' field behavior has the characteristics of strong hysteresis, strong internal consistency and neutral risk preference.(2)The results of panel data analysis show that although the application amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide is affected by the policy, the phenomenon of excessive application still exists in many grain production areas, but it does not show a significant downward trend.(3)Under the condition of definite agricultural production, the variety of planting crops and applying agricultural materials has no influence on the four factors of neighborhood influence, money saving, learning guidance and trouble saving, and the action path of each factor. The assumption of uncertain agricultural production conditions has an impact on the scope or mode of action of most factors. The higher the risk aversion degree of farmers, the more likely they are to refuse to reduce the application amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide.(4)Through the comprehensive use of various incentive and policies, farmers can be more inclined to risk preference, and then improve the probability of reducing the amount of application behavior to varying degrees.Among them, the effect of subsidy incentive policy is the most obvious.Based on the above analysis, the ecological evolution of farmland management is a long-term and slow natural historical process.Focusing on changing the risk attitude of farmers, constructing and improving the incentive policies of farmland ecological protection can effectively improve the probability of ecological changes of farmers' land use patterns, improve the participation of farmers in protecting farmland ecology, and thus improve the effect of policy implementation.Based on this,in order to enhance the participation of farmers in farmland protection, policy suggestions are put forward from four aspects: further improving the institutional environment, strengthening the guidance of public opinion, optimizing the scientific and technological service system, and giving full play to the guiding role of the market.
