With development and social progress of economic, the application of aluminum foil areas and prospects have been becoming more and more extension. The production level of Aluminum foil represents advanced and development level of the aluminum industry. As we all know, the thinner the foil, the higher the technological content, the more significant economic benefits. The research of the process parameters of aluminum foil and aluminum foil pinhole has important practical value, economic value and theoretical value.In this paper, it makes it through the rolling process parameters analysis of time to find out the production of aluminum casting changes when the organization happen to identify ultra-thin aluminum foil, "pinhole" causes and influences factors; Based on the findings, to improve the rolling process, to reduce the aluminum foil "pinhole degrees" so as to enhance the quality of the stability of the target foil.The Studies are based on the sffect of casting, cold rolling and finishing of all-pass rolling process parameters on the microstructure and surface quality; analysising the Aluminum Foil"pinhole" and the rolling process and the law of internal relations; using the scanning electron microscopy Analysis "pinhole" microphology; Combination with casting process, studying oxide impurities and the content and distribution of second inspection;using the optical microscope, combined with metallographic analysis software,making the micro-analysis of organizational structure of cold rolled finishing pass; studying the internal relations of the rolling process and microstructure,analysising the key factor of surface quality.The achievement to control the aluminum foil organizations with the help of technics, through the organization to improve the surface quality to reduce the degree of aluminum foil pinhole,ultimately achieving the purpose of improving the quality and the stability of ultra-thin aluminum foil. The results show that:1.The quality of Oaluminum foil is one of the most important cause to produce the luminum foil and pinhole, which mainly reflected in:(1) Hydrogen content are important reasons of producing the double zero aluminum foil pinhole.(2) Segregation, microporous, airway, air bubbles, crystallization organizations uneven, non-metallic impurities and oxide film, and mechanical damage are important reasons of aluminum foil having a pinhole.(3)In the Shuanghe rolling, the tiny inclusions and Ma pinhole foil surface wave is one of the most importan reasons for the formation.(4) The using of vertical aluminum billet casting machine or tilt is more suitable than the level of production-type casting machine aluminum billet organizations, the stress is more uniform and more suitable for the production of ultra-thin Aluminum Foil2. The other reasons of the double zero aluminum foil pinhole(1) The main reason for the formation of aluminum foil pinhole is the rolling oil particle size which is greater than 10μm.(2) Appropriate as a fine-grained of Al-Ti-B Refiners will help to control the pinhole.(3) The homogenization annealing will help to reduce the number of aluminum foil pinhole of the final product.
