Friction and lubrication are decisive for rolling products. Moreover, lubricants operate as cooling, cleanout and lubrication in rolling process. So the performance of lubricants decides the shape, pinholes and surface quality. Especially, the rolling aluminium foil with high speed requests excellent rolling oil. At present, there are many deficiencies in rolling oil, which falls productivity. And these deficiencies will more projecting with the more and more high speed. An additive will be used to remedy these deficiencies in this work. The main subjects of the dissertation are shown as following:(1) In the first the deficiencies of rolling oil have been analyzed, then the influence of speed to film capability and the feat effect in the rolling aluminium foil with high speed has been researched.(2) Additives are effective to improve film strengthen. In this work, many additives have been compared, and the activity of every additive has been analyzed by the means of calculating electronegativity. And the results show that dibutyl phosphite is the best additive for the rolling aluminium foil with high speed.(3) Tribological behaviors of DBP have been researched in this work. Moreover, the change relations of behaviors with content, load, velocity and time have been analyzed. And the compound properties between DBPand other additives have been worked over. It can be proved that DBP is a predominant antiwear and extreme pressure additives, and is useful for contemporary rolling process.(4) Tribochemical product of DBP was analyzed by meanings of infrared spectra analysis. And the formula for calculating electronegativity has been mended. Then, group partial charges in DBP have been calculated, which can disclose the activities essence of groups in DBP. Model of Adsorption on aluminum has been put forward based on the two aspects above and the imaginable tribochemistry reactions, therefore the functional mechanism of DBP in rolling process has been open out.
