"ShangSuKang Plaster" has the characters of quick effects and easy to use.Now we were researching this drug according to the national new-drugs, including pharmaceutical technology, quality standard. Therefore, it provides the scientific proof for its clinic effect.Methods:The volatile oil content and emodin and chlorogenic acid as a comprehensive detection index, the first ethanol study the effect of the number of extraction to determine extraction times, and then using L9(34) orthogonal design extraction process, to determine the best process.
