Preparation And Evaluation Of Rukang Babu Plaster

Systematical research of the compound prescription of TCM has been performed in this study. Rukang Babu plaster is used to treat Mastitis. By orthogonal test, the extraction technology of volatile of Ligusticum chuan-xiong and Hortand Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Corydalis yanhusuo and Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Boswellia Carterii Birdw and Commiphora myrrha Engl is screened. The extraction is refined with alcohol deposition. The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation process of Rukang Babu plaster is selected by orthogonal test. Molding technology of Rukang Babu plaster is further ascertained. A check-up for adhibition, nonflowing, content of cream is founded. The result shows Rukang Babu plaster which is made by preparation condition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Babu plaster. Logistical chuanxiong and Hortand Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Corydalis yanhusuo, Boswellia Carteri Binelw, Commj Rhora myrrha, bingpian and rengong-shexiang are qualitatively tested by TLC. Paeoniflorin is quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. Primary stability and pharmacodynamics are researched, which shows that Rukang Babu plaster has good stability, it can obviously ease pain, resist inflammation and be safe to skin.
