| With the development of industrialization, the contradictions which are between social progress, economic development and ecological balance, protection of environment have become increasingly sharp. The problem of population, energy, climate, disasters and other issues which related to environment and resource have become worldwide. This series of problems not only make our living standard fall down but also weaken the existing capability of offspring deeply. Human beings'ability is more and more powerful in exploring natural resources, transforming and using nature. We can use traditional model of economic development to pursue the high speed development of economy. Because of unconscionably using natural environment resources, we deserve the punishment of nature, as a result we sum up the meditation of human being's activities. Therefore, the research which coordinates development of regional economy, society, nature and environment has become the hot issue of China's geographical field in recent years.The thesis is based on the research of area harmonious development and sustainable development theory, then puts forward the economy-social-natural environment multi-objects coordination development comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly build the multi-objective system of Economic-Social-Natural environment. Then in entropy method getting coordination coefficient, analysis and evaluate the Overall development state of Economic-Social-Natural environment. and pairwise coordinate coefficient of Economic-community-natural environment. Use Gray System Theory to calculation the correlation between each system input/output index and each system index, researching the development relations of interannual variability. Finally, this paper takes shanxi province which is one of the central provinces as a example. According to the statistical data from 2000-2008, the paper uses Economic-Social-Natural environment multi-objects coordination development comprehensive evaluation. Then, in view of the analysis result put forward several countermeasures and Suggestions.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) Economic-social-natural environment coordination development situation of Shanxi province is in poor condition. On the basis of improving economic level, this area can't solidify society construction, especially to protect and repair the natural environment, eventually making no good coordination among them. So it would have been basically a zero-sum game.(2) "Resources strategy" of Shanxi province has brought great income For regional economic development, the leading role of the energy industry is becoming increasingly obvious in the national economy, and drives the large number of development of relevant industries. With the high-speed development of GDP, The actually utilized foreign capital indexes and total import/export volume growth quickly. Shanxi Province has steady development on social progress, infrastructure construction, the quality of life, science, technology education input and level basically is synchronization and balanced development. But the development of shanxi Province relies on energy economy, environment support ability is very weak, this is the key problems which need to be resolved affect regional harmonious development.(3) The positive correlation is Economic system output index of interannual variability law and economic level change rules index of grade. Results show that the stress should be placed on the adjustment of energy consumption. The positive correlation is Social system output index of interannual variability law and economic level change rules index of grade. One of the most major contributions index is capital. The negative correlation is the interannual variability of the input index the natural environment system and the interannual variability of natural environment support index. With development of economic level, three types of wastes emissions become more and more with natural environment support index declines. |
