| Energy,economy,and environmental issues have been difficult problems faced by many countries and regions in the past.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,these issues are gradually improving.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The main contradictions of our society have been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s increasing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development.The rapid growth phase shifted to the high-quality development phase.This shows that China’s development should not only focus on material development requirements,but also pay more attention to people’s comprehensive development requirements.Based on the stage background of China’s high-quality development and based on the traditional energy-economic-environment system theory,this paper further proposes the construction of a coordinated development analysis based on the quaternary system of energy-economic-environment-society(3E1S),with Jiangxi Province as the research Object,to study the scale,quality and structure of the current 3E1 S system development in Jiangxi Province.Jiangxi Province is located in the south of the Yangtze River,with many hills and mountains.It has rich reserves of various mineral resources,but the fossil energy is relatively poor,lacking coal,oil and gas,and has a high degree of dependence on external energy.In recent years,the GDP growth rate of Jiangxi Province has been at the forefront of the country.Economic development has led to more prominent contradictions between energy,environment and society.At present,there are still few studies on energy,economic and environmental issues in Jiangxi Province.For the 3E1 S system in Jiangxi Province,Research has not yet been conducted.This paper analyzes the current status of Jiangxi Province in recent years,collects and sorts out multiple index data of Jiangxi Province from 2004 to 2018,uses the improved CRITIC-G1 method to calculate the comprehensive development level of the 3E1 S system in Jiangxi Province,and coordinates the evaluation model by minimizing the dispersion coefficient The coordination degree of 3E1 S system in Jiangxi Province was calculated.The research in this paper mainly draws these conclusions:(1)From the perspective of various subsystems,the energy self-sufficiency rate in Jiangxi Province is low,and there is a large room for improvement in the quality and structure of energy development;the overall industrial level is not high.The structure of economic development needs to be further optimized;the amount of industrial pollutants is growing rapidly,and the scale of environmental pollution has not been well controlled;the amount of public infrastructure is insufficient,and more efforts need to be made on the quality of social development.(2)From the perspective of the overall development of the 3E1 S system,Jiangxi Province has basically maintained a year-on-year growth momentum.In recent years,the overall development rate has slowed down.In terms of system development coordination,the overall coordination of the 3E1 S system in Jiangxi Province is good,but the environment The degree of coordination between the subsystem and other subsystems is not good,which has a greater relationship with the deficiencies of Jiangxi Province in the treatment of environmental pollution.Finally,after analyzing the research results of the 3E1 S system in Jiangxi Province,this article puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for the lack of development in energy,economy,environment,and society in Jiangxi Province. |
