At present,scheelite flotation is one of the main ways to use tungsten resources. Because of processing reagents lacking of slectivity, it makes separating different types of scheelite has great discrepancy. In order to use accurately flotation reagents and reveal application conditions during different types of scheelite,this paper focused on the influence on scheelite flotation on the combination of sodium carbonate and sodium silicate,when the gangue minerals are fluorite,calctite and quartz.Through the flotation test of scheelite for three types of practical minerals,it can be found the effects of the combination of sodium carbonate and sodium silicate are all different, especially mineral slurry conditions,modulus and dosage of sodium silicate have great influence,which triggered off strong interest in this thesis.Single mineral tests confirmed sodium oleate,731 Oxidation paraffin soap,GYW have weak collecting ability for quartz but strong collecting ability for calcite, fluorite and scheelite when they were used alone. When sodium oleate were used in combination with 731 , it showed weaker collecting ability for fluorite, and there is no other combination having separation sign. Scheelite can't be sorted from fluorite and calcite whether collectors were used alone or in combination without depressors. Orthogonal experiment of modifiers shows that silicate dosage was the major factor for the flotability of calcite ,fluorite and scheelite .For scheelite, the interaction of sodium silicate dosage and sodium carbonate have central influence ;for fluorite, the influence of modulus of sodium silicate was more important ;for calcite,the most important factor was sodium carbonate dosage.Mixing in different proportions simulating practical ores,scheelite roughing were carried out for the artificial mixture scheelite of types of quartz,fluorite and calcite respectively. Through the three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment, the main factors that influences the flotations various types of scheelite was found out. Low modulus sodium silicate have advantages to quartz type scheelite for flotation;high modulus sodium silicate have advantages to fluorite type scheeelite for flotation; for calctite, the influence of modulus of sodium silicate was not important.Using infrared spectra to test collector, inhibitor in scheelite, fluorite,calcite and quartz surface of effect in flotation systems, analyzes the product.
