This article can be devided to two part:the summarization of literature and the experiment.The summarization of literature introduce the damage and the pollution situation of SO2 in the mainland of China.And the summarization of literature also introduce some desulfurize methods widely used in the industry boiler.The situation of magnesium production in the mainland of China and the field that magnesium can be used are also included in the summarization of literature.In the experiment section,this article introduce the equipment and the sample as well as the path of this experiment first.Secondly,the author of this article griddle the samples which was sampling by scientific method.Of course,those samples are the same weight.Thirdly,The author measured the weight and analysis the component and the configuration of the magnesium smelting slag which was in different diameters zone by electric balance and XRF and XRD.The author change the test condition that may influence the desulfurize efficiency such as the content of O2,the temperature etc during the experiments.Just to find out the rule and the highest efficiency of this desulfurize.From the experiment,the author concluded the following conclusions:1) The component of magnesium smelting slag was alterative with the diameter.The large the diameter is,the higher MgO and lower CaO content lever.The content lever of SiO2 are also lower and the content level of F is higher with the increase of the magnesium smelting slag diameters.2) We can see from the XRD fig that the Ca are mainly exist with the form of Ca2SiO4.And also,the CaSiO3 are exist with two forms which are calledβ-Ca2SiO4 andγ- Ca2SiO4.The content of those two former are alterative with the diameter of the magnesium smelting slag.3) In a certain scale,the content level of O2 will influence the desulfurize efficiency of magnesium smelting slag.In this experiment,there are nine percent of the desulfurize efficiency difference when there are 5% O2 component compare to 1% O2 component.4) The desulfurize efficiency was difference when there are in different diameters.This was not only relative with the surface and also relative with the chemistry compotent.Drill the big magnesium smelting slag to hairlike will accelerate the desulfurize speed,but it won't change the finally desulfurize efficiency.5) The temperature have a deep influence both to the speed and the final efficiency of desulfurize.We can see from the experiment that in about 900℃,the magnesium smelting slag have a faster action speed and a higher desulfurize efficiency than in other temperature.6) The magnesium smelting slag have a higher desulfurize efficiency which was treated by water or steam.This should be because treatment by water or steam to the magnesium smelting slag produce more Ca(OH)2.And it hold bigger surface and more holes.At last,this article measured the surface and the holes both before desulfurize action and after desulfurize action.And this article are trying to explain the reasons of the results of the experiment.The opinions and suggestions from the author are also included.
