Screwed pipe is widely used in various technical field, its products include annular radiator (spiral finned tube), anchor, screwed etc. Skew rolling screwed pipe is to avoid cutting off the metal chip processing due to product strength fiber caused by the reduction, but also to take advantage of hardening the metal in the deformation process to improve its surface strength. This process produce screwed pipe not only improves utilization of materials, but also increases the accuracy and stability of products, improve production efficiency etc. Most of the screwed pipe production process by crosses rolling now. However, due to industry competition, improve accuracy and reduce costs must be solved in the production.Combination of rolling seamless steel pipe, spiral groove rolling and other theoretical knowledge, design a wide range of high-precision skew rolling equipment, proposed a new skew rolling screwed pipe technology and complete the new Industrial experiment on the new technology parameters. This article dentally analyzes the three-roll skew rolling screwed pipe technology and equipment, proposed a new program of new equipment, analyze a key structure with equipment, discuss the feasibility of new technology, and obtain the stability of conditions on rolling screwed pipe with moving principle, the deformation process of a detailed analysis. According to product requirements, simulate a new forming process, and gain analysis of the numerical simulation results.Waveform screwed pipe is the most widely used, it's as an example with its typical application-Waveform thread bolt, through industrial experiment, Research forming discipline in the rolling speed, the feed angle, roll-shaped curve, and other factors, and compare this factors with the numerical simulation results, has been stable rolling process parameters, and then provides a complete industrial production process route, is now in volume production.
