Organophosphorus flame retardants due to their containing C-P bond, enhanced chemical stability, has water and solvent extracted, high performance flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic, on the mechanical and physical properties of small advantages, so the organic phosphine flame retardant is a phosphorus flame retardant in the most widely used, and the acclaimed, is the prospect the best varieties of flame retardants, can be widely used in epoxy resin, polyester, polyurethane, polyolefin, nylon high elements of the flame retardant.Thesis to neopentyl glycol, carboxyethyl phosphonic acid and phenyl sub-trimethyl phosphite the reaction matrix, were prepared in three parts of 10 kinds of new organic phosphate flame retardant Poly[ (2-acyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acyl Piperazine];Poly [(2-acyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acyl ethylenediamine];Poly [2-acyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acyl hydrazine];Poly [2-acyl ethyl(phenyl)phosphinic acyl hydrazine] aluminum, zinc salts; macromolecular compounds N, N'-bis [2-Carboxyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acid] ethylenediamine aluminum, zinc, N, N'-bis [2-Carboxyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acid]hydrazine aluminum, zinc salt, and the synthesis of 1,2-di(5,5-bism ethy-1,3-oxy-2-phosphacyclohexyl-phosphamide)ethane,1,4-di(5,5-bism ethy-1,3-oxy-2- phosphacyclohexyl -phosphacyl) Pinerazine has been optimized to improve its fire-retardant performance of some research, hoping to find the superior performance of flame retardant products. The synthesized compounds by IR, NMR, melting point, elemental analysis, differential thermal analysis, structural characterization and analysis, indicating its structural characteristics and the structure we need the same.
