High-temperature alloy GH4169 nickel-based aerospace industry is the application of a wide range of difficult materials. Its thermal conductivity coefficient, friction coefficient and contact area between chip and rake face of small and other factors, makes cutting high temperature alloys, the cutting temperatures are high, flat cutting power, tool wear and serious, affecting the high-temperature alloy cutting efficiency. In this paper, nickel-base alloy GH4169 object of study, its high-speed machining cutting force and cutting temperature during a comprehensive and in-depth research.(1) high speed machining high temperature alloy GH4169 nickel-based high-speed machining material removal mechanism, based on dislocation theory of shear slip on the high speed machining area was re-divided, high-speed machining milling milling model established .(2) high-speed cutting process of cutting force distribution are discussed, high-speed cutting process is derived in the shear angle and friction coefficient, obtained by orthogonal cutting experiments under different cutting parameters of the size of cutting force analyzed the size of the cutting parameters on cutting force of law, and has been cutting high-temperature alloy GH4169 nickel-based materials, cutting force under the empirical formula. Quick off the knife through the experiments under different cutting speed shear angle, cutting through the optical microscope are the first time the width of the shear zone, cutting parameters is obtained under different stress, strain and strain rate, by choosing to consider large strain and strain rate experienced Johnson-Cook model as the constitutive equation cutting formula of high-temperature alloy GH4169 nickel-based material constitutive equation.(3) Based on the finite element elasticity theory derived high-speed machining high temperature alloy GH4169 nickel-based surface force - strong thermal coupling uniform stress field equations of finite element.(4) through an infrared thermal imager for high speed machining high-temperature nickel-based alloy materials, thermal cutting result was obtained under different cutting parameters of cutting heat distribution, and cutting heat is analyzed. Cycle with adiabatic shear theory and the theory of brittle fracture morphology of the theoretical analysis of the cutting.
