The Gameanalysis Of Enterprise Safety Based On Cooperate Social Responsibility

Entering the new century, China's economy has entered a crucial period of transition, and many enterprises develop fast. At the same time variety of issues burst out, such as mine incidents, food safety, environment pollution and so on. With the rapid improving of people's living level and further opening up, enterprises are forced to change the modal of development. Enterprises need to consider more about safety, protecting environment, providing qualified products to enhance the international market competitiveness. In recent years, CSR has approved high recognition by academics and entrepreneurs. As a management concept meeting the development requirements of modern enterprises, CSR has formed a complete theoretical system. Corporate responsibility for safety is a research for production safety from the perspective of CSR. Improving the awareness of safety and strengthening CSR methods would have great significant to economic sustainable development and constructing harmonious society.Enterprise responsibility for safety asks the corporate protect the rights of employers, consumers, and environment in the procession of production. According to stakeholder theory, employees, consumers, the natural environment are all business stakeholders, enterprises are absolutely necessary to respect the interests of them. Based on cost-benefit analysis, when the enterprises ensure the security responsibilities of their stakeholders, it will benefit for the company's and increasing interests in long view.Recently, with the rapid growing of awareness of enterprise safety, the corporate have made great progress in the aspects of protecting employer's safety, environment protecting and improving the quality. However, some safety incidents happen at some time, which threat the development of the companies. The reasons can be divided into two parts. From the view of enterprise own, that is because less consideration of safety, lake the knowledge of CSR ,pursing for interests and so on. From the view of the society, the government subsequently rigid regulation, supervision and inefficient are the most important reasons.Game theory put forward for the entire social science research methods and provides a unified paradigm. Enterprises and their stakeholders have complex relationship, so I establish models to analysis the relations in different situations. In the end of the thesis, some actual measures have been brought out. The enterprise should construct a safe culture and establish production safety responsibility system in order to strengthen the internal mechanisms. The government has to improve laws and regulations, strength supervision, provide policy supports to form a good environment for enterprises.
